In-hand Salary is good as they deduct the minimum amount. I worked here for 2. You are definitely recognized for your work. Working environment here is par excellence. If you are a star performer, you definitely get good high double digit yearly hike. Otherwise, the salary band is average as per industry standards.

Senior management is not very reachable. Although they are very friendly when you go and talk to them, but most of the employees don't feel very comfortable doing so, the reason being the VIP culture exists here. Senior management has got different executive floors and cabins, hence they don't really understand the problems employees face in day to day activities. Flat structure should be encouraged.
